About Our Academy

The academy is headed by Fergal Quinlan, a black belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu professional under Carlson Gracie 4th degree black belt, Rodrigo Medeiros.

Fergal was one of the first people in Ireland to achieve the rank of black belt in
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has been training in martial arts for over 15 years and also holds a black belt in
Akarui-no Chisiki-Kan Jiu-Jitsu.

He has trained and competed all over the world in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and
has been coaching BJJ in Limerick since 2004.

Each class is run by professional trainers with years of experience in mixed martial arts. There is no
doubt that you will enjoy every minute of the class!
